I've always wondered why my boys vomit after they have just cried, especially when they're not feeling well. It happened to Dayen twice today, so I decided to find out why:

When a child has a bad cough, he's also prone to vomit after a coughing fit. This is actually a good thing. The reason why he vomits is cos the airway is blocked. Vomiting clears the airway and also helps the body to purge out phlegm, killing two birds with one stone! :)
