The hubs has been away for almost 2 weeks and we're still a long way off before he finally reunites with us. His absence has taken its toll on the boys, more so for Dallen than Dayen. Last night, we had dinner with a couple of friends who happened to be in the area and Dallen feasted on the male company.
He had lots of fun and ended up not sleeping well and crying. Instead of coming to me for comfort, he chose to cling on to Uncle Jonathan, who, thankfully was quite good with kids and had the patience to hold and soothe him.
Come back soon, daddy! You're sorely missed!
